The German quality manufactured Kettler range of rowing machines is one of the most comprehensive on the market. It starts with their compact rowing machine that offers a complete workout, especially of the upper body. This machine’s frame is not only very stable – more so than most of its competitors – but it has an advanced outrigger design which authentically copies the arc of an oar in the water. It also comes with a performance monitor and a heart rate function.
The other models in the Kettler range are based on a smooth magnetic stroke which operates across a complete range of movement, very much in the style of a real rowing boat. They offer advanced performance monitors and also pulse recording. The great advantage of this type of machine is that it offers a complete exercise capability, with an additional 16 upper-body routines available.
